Common questions

I am not getting the verification code.
Check the number and country code, wait one minute, then tap Resend. Codes may arrive on WhatsApp or SMS.

Notifications are late or missing.
Allow notifications for Vartix, turn off battery optimisation for the app, and keep Vartix updated.

How do I report someone?
Open the chat › ⋮ › Report. You can also block them. For serious abuse email report@vartix.app.

How do I delete my account?
