By creating a Vartix account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Use a phone number you own. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Keep your verification codes and two-step PIN private.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Vartix to:
- Send spam, scams, phishing or malware.
- Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or share hateful or sexual content involving minors.
- Share content you do not have the right to share, or break any law in India or your country.
- Impersonate people or organisations, or try to access other accounts or our systems.
3. Your content
You own what you send. You give Vartix permission to store and deliver it as needed to run the service. Group and channel admins can moderate content in their groups.
4. Groups, channels and collaboration
Admins are responsible for their groups and channels. Collaboration posts are shared only after the receiving group's Lead Admin approves them.
5. Paid features
Some features may be offered as paid plans through Google Play. Prices and terms are shown before purchase. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
6. Suspension
We may limit or remove accounts, groups or content that break these terms or harm others.
7. Disclaimer
Vartix is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
